  • Petition for Removal of Yamuna Constructions that Threaten Public Health

Professional lab tests on Yamuna water at Keshi Ghat reveal high levels of antibiotic resistant bacteria that are capable of causing life-threatening diseases.

"Maybe I did drink the ocean of halahal poison, but this Yamuna water is much too dangerous for me. Sorry."

The cause is raw sewage and other effluent flowing into the river from drains and being channeled by the current unfinished flyover construction. In order to restore the natural flow of the Yamuna, these abandoned pillars must be removed.

Read the full lab report and find out what action you can take here: Petition for Removal of Yamuna Constructions that Threaten Public Health

Anyone who serves the devotees living in Vrindavan who have given up everything to become immersed in Krishna rasa, who are meek and humble and fearful of material association, by giving them such things as food and clothing, will quickly get the mercy of the Lord and Lady of this land. (VMA 1.74)

  • Support Vrindavan Today today!

By the grace of Satya Narayan Dasji Maharaj, a space at the Jiva Institute is being given over to the Vrindavan Today and Gaudiya Grantha Mandir as an office. So we have a space, but no computers or workers. If anyone can arrange for donations or make a contribution of one or more computers for either of these projects, it would be much appreciated.

Please donate and help us serve Vrindavan Dham.

The stories and media made available on Vrindavan Today (VT) involve hours of translation and research as well as cameras, computers, internet connections and time spent in the field.

While as much work as possible is done as pure seva without any expectation of payment or reward, there comes a point where some financial resource is necessary to deliver the best and most content possible on VT.

Please consider a donation in any amount, so that we may add more staff, and editing hours to what we hope is an inspirational and informative news source with more interviews, more features, more in-depth reporting in Hindi and English, and more activism.

Should there be extra funds, they will go to supporting BVHA, Friends of Vrindavan and other NGO's we support.

We thank you for your support!
